WHAT MAKES US SO GOOD?

It's what's on the inside that counts.  Here at Copper Top, coffee is at the center of everything we do, we live and breathe coffee. It's what makes our business tick and therefore we only want the best!


We only use 100% arabica beans (NO ROBUSTA) which means that they are a higher grade hence of a much better quality. We believe that people should be able to actually taste the coffee when they drink it, without getting that sharp, bitterness that tends to follow after taking a sip of lower quality coffee.

Our arabica beans are batch roasted. This means they are roasted on a much smaller scale allowing for greater attention to detail. The most that will ever be roasted at one time is 5KG. This allows much more care to be taken when roasting the beans. Each bean within our specially selected blends has its own roasting profile, depending on the altitude and the climate conditions in which they are grown.

Copper Top Coffee has been a dream of our head brewer, throughout her illustrious coffee-centric career.


More than 11 years in the coffee industry has provided in depth expertise with every aspect of the process including: Roasting, Brewing, Latte Art, Tasting and (most importantly) customer satisfaction. After experience in various roles and managing busy coffee shops in Yorkshire; there is very little that we haven't seen. This broad background is crucial in creating a customer experience that
