Coffee has been my passion since being 16 when I accidently fell into it. I began washing pots in a coffee shop for a little bit of pocket money and I witnessed the immense joy that is created when making coffee and from then I became hooked!

Working my way through many popular coffee chains and independent shops developed my knowledge of different products and procedures in the barista business.

After being a barista boss babe for 11 years now, I feel I am finally ready to go out on my own. This decision was made after a trip to the 2022 Milan Coffee Festival.

I began as a coffee cherry, and for years have been growing and developing into what will become an amazing result...

And Copper Top was born.

Everyone meet Penelope Piaggio. She's cute, classy but ultimately sassy.

Penelope was imported from Italy in January 2023 and was converted into the beautiful specimen she is today!

She goes the lightening speed of 23mph and draws attention wherever she goes.

Penelope is available for events and parties.
