Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes issues occur that cannot be helped or be avoided which may result in a cancellation. Booking the event must be done at least 7 days before the event is supposed to take place. All cancellations must be a minimum of 7 days before the event date. A deposit will be taken at the time of the booking. The deposit will be non refundable if there is a cancellation. (Deposit will be 40% of the event fee). If the cancellation is less than 7 days, the full payment must be paid.
